Telehealth Therapy for Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Beyond *
Telehealth Counseling for Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma & Life Stress
I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy for clients across Texas, including major metro areas such as Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and surrounding communities.
Online therapy makes it possible to access consistent, high-quality mental health care regardless of location, whether you live in a busy urban center or a rural area with limited access to in-person services.
I work with individuals throughout Texas seeking support for anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Sessions are conducted online, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your own space while maintaining flexibility and consistency in your schedule.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or struggling with attention, relationships, or past trauma, you’re in the right place.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies designed to support meaningful and lasting change in your daily life.

A Personal Connection to Texas
Although I am based in Colorado, I work extensively with clients across Texas and have developed a strong appreciation for the people and communities I serve there.
I also have a personal connection to Texas culture and, as a longtime Texas Longhorns fan, I feel especially aligned with the energy, resilience, and pride that many of my Texas clients bring into their lives and relationships.

Insurance & Payment in Texas
Clients located in Texas are seen on a private pay basis. This allows for greater flexibility, continuity of care, and avoids insurance-driven limitations on session length, diagnosis requirements, or treatment frequency.
Some clients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on their insurance plan, and I can provide a superbill upon request.
All Texas sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
