Therapy in Colorado & Texas
Louisville, Boulder & Erie, Colorado | Telehealth in Texas

I offer both in-person sessions in Louisville, Colorado, and secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Colorado and Texas — including Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and smaller communities with limited access to in-person care. This allows you to choose what works best for your schedule, comfort, and access to care.

My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, collaborative, and practical. I tailor each session to your needs, strengths, and goals, blending evidence-based approaches with relational and experiential work so you feel both supported and empowered.

I work with teens (13+), adults, couples, parents, and fellow clinicians.

Texas clients are seen on a private-pay basis, which allows for flexible, consistent care without insurance-driven limits on session length or frequency — a superbill is available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

My Approach to Therapy

Evidence-Based & Mind-Body Foundations

I integrate somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and parts work to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper healing. These approaches go beyond traditional talk therapy by working with both the mind and body to create lasting change.

Relational & Experiential Work

Therapy doesn’t always have to look like sitting across from someone and talking for 50 minutes. I use a relational, collaborative approach that makes room for curiosity, creativity, and real-life experiences. With teens especially, I may incorporate creative or hands-on strategies that make it easier to express what can be difficult to put into words. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood, try something new, and develop tools that actually translate into everyday life.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

As a Certified Level 2 Gottman Therapist, I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Sessions focus on both insight and practical skills, helping partners navigate conflict, repair ruptures, and move toward a more secure and connected relationship.

My Philosophy

Therapy should feel human, not clinical.

I aim to create a collaborative space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions may include coping tools, emotional processing, or relational insight, always with the goal of helping you leave with something useful for your daily life.

Individual & Relationship Support

Individual Therapy

Support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we explore patterns, build coping strategies, and develop tools that support clarity, regulation, and lasting change.

Couples Therapy

Support for partners looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. Sessions focus on understanding relational dynamics and developing practical tools to strengthen your relationship over time.

Parent Coaching

Structured, solution-focused support for parents navigating behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges with their child. These sessions offer practical tools, collaborative problem-solving, and guidance to help you feel more confident and supported at home.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Sessions held outdoors on gentle trails, combining the benefits of movement and nature with traditional talk therapy. A refreshing option for those who find healing easier when they’re moving and connecting with the natural world.

Intensive Therapy Sessions

Extended sessions for individuals or parents seeking deeper, focused support in a shorter timeframe. Intensives allow us to work through specific concerns, build targeted strategies, and create meaningful momentum toward your goals.

For Parents & Families

School, IEP & 504 Consultation

Support for parents navigating school systems, special education services, and advocacy. These sessions help you understand your child’s needs, prepare for meetings, and communicate more effectively with school teams.

Groups & Community Support

Parent Support & Coaching Groups

Occasional groups for parents of children with ASD or ADHD, offering connection, education, and emotional support — covering practical parenting strategies, emotional regulation, and shared experience. Groups are primarily in-person in Louisville, with occasional virtual options.

Parent & Therapist Support Groups

Specialized groups for parents of neurodivergent children and therapists navigating IVF and fertility-related experiences — offering shared understanding and connection, space to process stress, identity, and emotional experiences, practical coping strategies, and validation in complex and often isolating experiences. Groups are offered in flexible formats and designed to foster reflection, reduce isolation, and support emotional resilience.

For Professionals

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Individualized supervision for counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals working with children, teens, and families — covering case conceptualization, evidence-based approaches for youth, trauma-informed care, and ethical decision-making. A collaborative, practical space to support your clinical growth and confidence.
