Therapy in Colorado & Texas
Louisville, Boulder & Erie, Colorado | Telehealth in Texas

I offer both in-person sessions in Louisville, Colorado, and secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Colorado and Texas. This allows you to choose what works best for your schedule, comfort, and access to care.

My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, collaborative, and practical. I tailor each session to your needs, strengths, and goals, blending evidence-based approaches with relational and experiential work so you feel both supported and empowered.

I work with teens (13+), adults, couples, parents, and fellow clinicians.

My Approach to Therapy

Evidence-Based & Mind-Body Foundations

I integrate somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and parts work to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper healing. These approaches go beyond traditional talk therapy by working with both the mind and body to create lasting change.

Relational & Experiential Work

Healing happens in relationship, with yourself, your family, and your environment. My background as a school counselor informs a grounded, relational style that is practical, warm, and focused on real-world application.

With teens, I incorporate creative and experiential strategies that support emotional expression in ways that feel natural and engaging.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

As a Certified Level 2 Gottman Therapist, I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Sessions focus on both insight and practical skills, helping partners navigate conflict, repair ruptures, and move toward a more secure and connected relationship.

My Philosophy

Therapy should feel human, not clinical.

I aim to create a collaborative space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions may include coping tools, emotional processing, or relational insight, always with the goal of helping you leave with something useful for your daily life.
